At Velvet Hours, every order is thoughtfully prepared and carefully packaged with intention.

Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package every step of the way.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, occasional carrier delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Order Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase. Velvet Hours is not responsible for packages delayed or lost due to incorrect shipping information provided during checkout.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include photographs of both the packaging and the product. We'll work with you to make it right.
